There are several of us who work here, and we all have different responsibilities. Trying to get the e-mail to the proper person in a timely manner has never been easier. Rather than just sending e-mail to a nameless address (staff@accomputers.com), we put together a list of who to contact should you have a question about a particular area. You can contact whoever you would like to. We understand that there might be someone on staff here that you feel more comfortable dealing with, or they might be better acquainted with your situation. We see each other just about everyday and, believe it or not, we do talk to each other.

Maybe you just want to drop a note to say hi, that is fine. We enjoy hearing from our customers and like to know that someone is reading our Web site. As we grow, there are more demands on our time, and schedules change as responsibilities also grow. So while it may be difficult catching someone in the store at any given time, we all read our e-mail on a daily basis (more or less). That is normally when the pressure is off and there are a few minutes to sit down and relax. We have the time to research the issues and contact whoever we may need to before replying to your message. Besides, e-mail is quick and it doesn't interrupt what someone is doing.
